Have Questions?

Frequently Asked
Questions

How will I get charged?

All initial telemedicine visits are $55 for a 20 minute appointment slot. If medications are prescribed, the medication will be charged separately, depending on your insurance.

Is it possible to change my appointment?

Absolutely, you can change or cancel your scheduled appointment at any time.

Tell me more about your no show policy.

All telemedicine appointments should be cancelled 1 hour in advance. If you do not show up to your appointment, a $25 fee will be charged to your credit card

How do telemedicine visits work?

The telemedicine visit is problem-focused. It is not meant to be a comprehensive exam. We focus on answering the questions.

Can I choose my provider?

The appointments will be fulfilled based on the ophthalmologists’ availability. Unfortunately, patients would not have the option to choose the provider.

Can I get my glasses prescription virtually?

If you urgently need an extension of your prescription, we can certainly help. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to do new prescriptions we have not seen as this requires in person visit to ensure prescription is correct.
